Comfort Inn & Suites Alamosa

Overall, our expectations were fully met and even exceeded what was expected. Front staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and very clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Great experience. Would recommend to our family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Alamosa, Colorado, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nadia, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Nadia, the front desk staff member, was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She efficiently checked us in and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Unfortunately, during our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred, completely unrelated to the hotel or its staff. However, the way the hotel staff handled the situation was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, making our safety and well-being their top priority. The entire staff, from the front desk to the management, displayed genuine concern and attentiveness. They consistently checked on us to ensure we were okay and provided any assistance we required. It was incredibly comforting to know that they were there for us during such a challenging time. Speaking of the management, George, the manager of Comfort Inn and Suites, was actively engaged with guests throughout our stay. He took the time to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused by the emergency situation, even though it was beyond their control. His genuine empathy and understanding reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction and creating a positive experience. Aside from the exceptional service we received, the hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities offered were also excellent, including the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The location of the hotel was convenient.

we absolutely loved the staff!! they were all so kind. everyone there took pride in their job and the rooms were cleaned with high standards. the staff did wonderful with breakfast. they continued to cook and fill the hot breakfast until 9. they didn’t leave anyone without breakfast.

Clean, modern motel with nice facilities. They offered a nice breakfast with good coffee.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were somewhat dirty, but useable. Just having the jacuzzi was a relaxing feature that I was pleased to have.
